Application Terms & Conditions:

The $25 application fee is non-refundable, and will be applied towards any applicable registration fees. Submittal of this application does not constitute any performance obligation of the Artist and/or Joshua Festival. All physical materials submitted via mail (except creative rights/ownership) shall become the property of Joshua Fest and will not be returned. Joshua Fest reserves the right to copy and distribute any materials, digital or otherwise, submitted for the purpose of reviewing and for consideration of performance at any JF event(s). Final selection, set duration, schedule, and performance limitations shall remain under the direction of Joshua Fest management, at its sole discretion, and will be subject to a performance agreement mutually accepted by Joshua Fest and Artist.
