Yes, but if someone else gets ahold of your lost tickets, and gets to the festival before you, then those tickets will still be valid, and when scanned, they will invalidate your re-printed tickets and put you in an awkward situation.
It is better, therefore, to let us know if your print-at-home tickets were lost. This way, we can void the lost tickets, and reissue you new tickets (with a new bar code).
If you ordered your tickets online before March, then you should have received an email from iTickets by July 19th, with instructions on how to print your tickets at home. If you have not received any emails, make sure that you're still checking the same email account that you used when you placed the order. Also, make sure that your email service is not blocking emails from iTickets.com, or maybe putting the emails in your spam folder. If you still aren't having any luck, please send an email to info@joshuafest.com , providing your name, address, and number of tickets ordered. We will research your order and email you the tickets once we find and verify the order.
If your order was placed more recently, either by phone or online then please email us or call us so that we can locate your order.

Group rate tickets are for full-event, general admission tickets, for groups of 10 or more. If some of your group qualify for the child tickets (ages 8 to 12), they are welcome to use the group tickets, however, their tickets will still be at the group (non-child) rate. In other words, depending on how many children are in your group, you may be better off buying separate child tickets.

Generally speaking, we are not responsible for lost/stolen tickets or wristbands. Once you receive them in the mail, please keep them in a safe place. This goes for electronic (print-at-honme) tickets. Our system will recognize if a bar-coded ticket has been used. So if someone ends up with your ticket, we won't be able to replace it.
You are free to give your tickets to anyone, as long as it's not at the festival. Also, you can sell the ticket for face value only (for what you paid for it). You cannot sell or give away tickets at the festival or at the gates.
Yes. Because our camping area is inside the festival, everyone must have a ticket/wristband. This includes chaperones, friends, or family members even if they weren't planning on attending the festival. As an option, there are private camping areas and RV parks outside the festival gates.
No. The Air Park is sponsored by prviate company not affiliated with Joshua Fest. To help cover the costs we will be selling ride tickets at the festival. Prices have not yet been determined.
