NEW Ticket Purchase Requirements
If your application is approved, you will be required to purchase at least 10 tickets at a discounted "super-group" rate of $35 ($10 discount per ticket). You don't have to purchase the tickets right away, but the deadline is September 15th to purchase your minimum ticket requriement.
All performing members will receive complimentary full-event admission for all 3-days of the festival. We want you to enjoy the full festival experience as much as possible! However, friends, family, and guests wil be required to purchase tickets (at the discounted rate, of course) if they wish to attend.
You are encouraged to resell your tickets to help recoup your costs and even earn extra money (especially if you have a large fan base!). Since you can buy tickets at a $10 discount, you can earn $10 per ticket if you sell them at face value (you can sell them for whatever price you want, or even give them away).
To get started, complete the online application. You will be notified within seven (7) days of approval, and we will contact you with further instructions.
Main Stage Opportunity
The two (2) artists who sell the most tickets will be given the chance to perform on our main stage. Winners will be announced October 1st, to give the winners a chance to promote their main-stage schedule.
Application, Merchandise, and Other Fees
There are no application fees.
If you want to sell merchandise (such as CDs and T-shirts), you will be required to post a deposit upon check-in, and will be charged 20% of all gross sales. You will not need to reserve a table beforehand; they will be available first-come, first served basis however, there will be plenty of available tables for everyone.
Honorarium and Expenses
You are responsible for all your own travel, food, lodging, and other incidental costs.
Sound, Lighting, and Backline
Joshua Fest will be providing stage and front-of-house sound equipment, including mixing boards/consoles, monitors (wedges), speaker systems, mics, mic cords and stands/booms. Basic lighting will also be provided. A sound technician will be provided for the front-of-house board (unless requested otherwise). You must bring all your own instruments, including guitar and base amps, keyboards, and drum kit.

We rely on our fans and artsts to spread the word about Joshua Fest. Let us know if you have any special requests that will help promote Joshua Fest, in addition to the fliers and posters that we'll be sending all approved artists.
